VIRTUAL REALITY

The Virtual Reality department, using cutting-edge technologies, offers visitors of the «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Center the opportunity to experience the Olympic Games through its interactive productions.

With the production "Tour of Ancient Olympia", viewers can explore the Altis area and its buildings as they were 2,500 years ago. They can then then step into the Stadium, where most of the competitions took place, participate in them, and discover the differences between ancient and modern events.

Through the productions "Phidias' Workshop in Olympia" and "The Temple of Zeus in Olympia", visitors have the opportunity to explore the workshop where the statue of Zeus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, was crafted. They can also take part in its construction and finally admire it in all its glory within the temple that housed it.

With the interactive production "Assemble the Vases!", visitors can piece together fragments of various ancient vases and experience Olympic sports through the scenes depicted on them.
